Job Details :

• Summary: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused person to help manage Client Ads Accounts.

Responsibilities :

• Understanding of digital advertising principles.
• Knowledge of ad campaign management and optimization.
• Understanding of basic web editing principles.
• Support : You’ll analyze Account information & campaigns and explain it clearly to clients (by phone, email, or chat).
• Account Support : Advertising accounts, ensuring all necessary information is collected and verified. Ensure smooth operational processes and timely completion of client requests.
• Customer Service : You’ll answer client questions and help them with their needs, aiming to provide excellent service within our service standards
• This role requires working in shifts, including nights and weekends, to support our clients around the clock.

Qualifications :

• Communication Skills : You need to be able to explain and understand things clearly, both in writing and verbally.
• Flexibility : You’ll need to be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be available to work any shift in a 24/7 schedule

Subject Matter Expert :

• SME plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various processes by delivering the process knowledge to the team members. Extensive knowledge on troubleshooting technical and account management queries raised by Advertisers using Ads platform.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handle non-technical queries related to billing, payment processing, account activation, campaign optimization, AdWords reporting, keyword management, and complaints such as fraud or account hijacking. Provide clear, actionable solutions to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner. Prepare and deliver daily performance reports, ensuring transparency and alignment on team goals and tasks.
  Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving problems and finding appropriate solutions
• Ensure the updates are cascaded to the team on a regular basis
• Manage complex escalations while adhering to compliance and operational guidelines.
• Perform quality checks and audits to ensure that the processes are being followed correctly and meet the defined standards.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to the team members, supervisors, and managers.
• Participate in training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Academic Background :

• Any Graduate with good communication and problem-solving skills
• 4-6 years of experience dealing with Ads related queries in a customer facing roles.
