Job Summary:

This role requires a proactive leader who can drive project delivery while ensuring high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement robust Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
