HDFC Bank Walk-in Drive For Freshers
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and transactions related to products availed by the customer.
- Provide clarifications and resolve queries regarding billing, payment confirmation, charges, EMI details, and statements of account.
- Manage customer requests such as Debit/Credit Card PIN generation, NetBanking password, PIN/IPIN, account statements, and Fixed Deposit advice.
- Process financial transactions including Fixed Deposit opening, Demand Draft/Manager’s Cheque requests, and fund transfers as per customer instructions.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer requests within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Follow defined processes while maintaining strict adherence to customer authentication procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of competent, consistent, and high-quality service in line with bank standards, enhancing overall customer experience.
- Achieve defined productivity targets related to service levels, call handling time, and quality parameters.
- Maintain zero-defect processing for all customer requests, including prompt and accurate hotlisting of lost cards.
- Provide complete and accurate resolutions within defined TATs.
- Ensure process compliance as per established Audit and Service Quality (SQ) guidelines.
