Yes Bank Walk-in Drive For Sales Officer – CA / CASA
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire high-quality CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers β ensuring qualified and activated NTB CASA accounts.
- Drive acquisition of higher CASA variants with a focus on quality and activation.
- Achieve monthly targets for CASA Average Monthly Balance (AMB) in sourced accounts.
- Generate revenue through cross-selling products such as Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Gold, Trade/FX, and Asset products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance engagement and generate referrals.
- Demonstrate complete adherence to YES Personality standards and ensure consistent customer experience.
- Ensure KYC compliance and manage operational risks effectively.
- Adhere to all bank policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Escalate issues impacting business performance in a timely manner and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure the safety and security of bank and customer assets at all times.
- Submit accurate and timely MIS reports as per defined schedules.
