Job Description:
We are hiring for an International Semi-Voice Process role for candidates with a minimum of 6 months of Voice Support experience.
Role Specifications
- Handle customer queries through email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions without voice interaction.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly tone in all written communication.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on completed tasks and pending issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required.
