• Handle customer queries through email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions without voice interaction.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone in all written communication.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on completed tasks and pending items.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues when required.
