Description for Microsoft recruitment: 

Weekly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reviews with global suppliers based on existing process
Reviewing documentation (business requirements, contracts (statement of work and master service agreements) as needed)
Track, report, monitor supplier performance for issue resolution and continuous improvement
Ensure supplier adherence to all contractual requirements and compliance regulations
Perform supplier operational assessments and audit process and financials as needed (some global travel may be required)
Global DC engagement, responding to Voice of the Customer feedback, implementing automation and process changes to reduce cycle time as needed
Corrective action request (CAR) for issues or non-compliance (documentation and follow through with suppliers)
Managing supplier financial requirements, ensuring tax and trade compliance and on-time payments
Onboarding and training as needed for special projects or new initiatives
Operationalize new business requirements, changes, and/or strategic initiative roll outs
Participate in performance evaluations and forecast analysis to determine business allocation
Disseminate changes to all affected stakeholders and teams as needed including any required actions
Facilitate onboarding activities for new suppliers or existing suppliers to new regions
Manage projects from initiation to close for supplier pilots
Comprehensive understanding of cloud hardware and components
SME as assigned for assigned business operation areas (sustainability, logistics, value/ market trends etc.)
Proactive planning and data driven decision making
Datacenter management and ticket submission for special programs/projects
Participate in internal business reviews, creating report outs with business impact for various levels of leadership audience

Basic Qualifications:
BA or BS Degree business, supply chain management, engineering, related field or equivalent experience
3+ years Project Management experience
Excellent problem solving, identification, and resolution with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years end-to-end PMO or PgM experience
Supply chain management, strategy, engineering or business planning experience preferred
Environmental sustainability, carbon emissions reduction or corporate social responsibility experience
Experience in strategic planning, execution, building relationships
Flexibility and professional ability to adapt style for all levels of communication styles
Ability to work quickly under pressure and deadlines, with a strong ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty, while driving clarity and delivering quality work
Ability to work across organizational boundaries to build alignment and drive closure on issues and quantify results
Competency in the areas of cross-group collaboration, analytical/financial thinking, creative problem solving, process improvement and strategic implementation
Strong organizational skills, excellent execution, and follow through with ability to adapt and change with the needs of the organization and business

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

Experience working with MSFT supply chain, engineering, CO+I, finance, decommission, procurement, DC/IAM teams, and customers is an advantage
Experience using and creating PowerBIs and PowerApps preferred
Working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops or similar tool preferred
PMP, CSCP, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma certification a plus

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of driving success, managing program portfolios with multiple projects. This is someone who can originate impactful improvement ideas, and land projects while creating clear presentations and ability to articulate status on the work. Someone with strong analytical skills (SQL and Power BI experience), and/or coding experience are a plus.   The candidate must possess strong attention to detail, a passion for strategic thinking and problem solving, and ability to drive business decisions downstream.  They should be passionate about developing their team and driving for results.
