Job Description:
As a Business Analyst at Intellypod, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, documenting functional and technical requirements, and communicating with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 0-2 years of experience looking to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Functional & Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to support project implementation.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions and process improvements.
- Customer Communication: Liaise directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure effective communication of requirements and project progress.
- Business Process Analysis: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes, propose solutions, and support process reengineering efforts.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to track performance and measure success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product, and Operations, to ensure business needs are clearly understood and addressed.
- Testing & Validation: Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validate deliverables and ensure solutions meet business requirements and customer expectations.
- Project Support: Assist project managers and business leaders in defining project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, functional/technical documentation, or a similar role (internships and academic projects are welcome).
