Job Description :
Role & Responsibilities :
- Deliver exemplary customer service via phone calls / email / social media. As part of the Contact Center team, manage phone calls /email / social media customers requests and handle queries about new reservations, changes to existing bookings and other services.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Graduate Fresher & Experienced / Undergraduate Experienced (minimum 6 months).
- Good & fluent with multichannel communication in English.
- Can sympathize & empathize with customers.
- BPO/BPM Experience is preferred.
- Problem solving, Active Listening.
- Positive attitude towards work.
- Flexible with shifts
