Responsibilities
Development and enhancement of service (based on Django majorly) for the dashboard to visualize the collected data from various sensors (Energy meters, Temperature sensors etc. ).
Creating tools that automate the process of data representation and delivering them in the form of reports or alerts.
Development of backend APIs and workflows for a smooth end to end deployment and maintenance of thousands of devices deployed in the field.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science from a top-tier institute or equivalent practical experience.
1-2 years of experience in building web apps in Django with a focus on architecture and maintainability.
Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms.
Able to write efficient code for the problem at hand and to understand the various computation and memory complexities of the code.
Knowledge of DVCS like Git etc.
Good understanding of Microservices principles (Realtime and Event-Driven)
Good understanding of API Design.
Capability and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
It is an added bonus for the applicants to have:
Bachelor’s degree from IITs, NITs and IIITs.
Experience in working with Javascript frameworks like ReactJS/Angular.
Understanding of Kafka ecosystem
