- Sales Officer Current Account (1 to 6 years of experience)
- Sales Officer CASA (1 to 6 years of experience)
- Lobby Sales Officer (1 to 6 years of experience)
- NRI Relationship Officer (1 to 6 years of experience)
- Relationship Manager – GIB (4 to 9 years of experience)
- Sales Manager – Exim (1 to 6 years of experience)

Role & Responsibilities:
- To introduce & acquire new NRI customer in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Source high-quality current accounts with an optimal product mix (higher CASA variants), segment, and constitution balance.
- Achieve monthly customer acquisition targets.
- Cross-sell other banking and asset products to enhance portfolio value.
- Promote and cross-sell third-party products (TPP) to newly acquired customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Ensure appropriate product offerings, timely account opening (within defined TAT), high FTR rates, M+1 activation, and consistent account usage for business transactions.
- Drive digital channel activation and promote attachment products.
- Conduct catchment mapping and scoping exercises; provide regular feedback to seniors on business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
- Adhere to the organization’s selling norms and comply with internal and external regulatory guidelines.
- Follow defined sales processes and adhere to KYC norms.
- Execute catchment scoping and generate new-to-bank (NTB) leads within the mapped branch’s Business Service Area (BSA).
