Roles and Responsibilities :
Undertake QA, Process Measurement and Continuous Improvement activities.
Guide and support Test Architecture and Environment Architecture functions.
Work closely with project teams to comply with SDLC processes & deliverables.
Identify, evaluate and implement latest and greatest tools/assets around test designing, planning (RBT etc.), and execution (frameworks etc.).
Work closely with Automation/performance architect to cover end to end testing.
Keep understanding on latest trends in testing and work towards continuous improvement to make test more effective and efficient.
Act as the overall Test Design Authority for managed service.
Responsible for the Quality Assurance function of operating model.
Coordinate the Test Closure process for projects including feeding lessons learnt into continuous improvements activities.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Minimum 3 years in Test Architecture across the full SDLC in Telco BSS/OSS environments.
In depth software quality assurance experience including proven management, supervisory, or leadership experience with ISEB Practitioner accreditation (or acceptable equivalent ISTQB Advanced Test Manager).
Software Testing Process Knowledge, Including Audits, Test Management Tool Configurations. Having O36 Tool Knowledge like Power BI and Power Apps is advantageous
Experience working within a matrix-style structure with international teams on-shore and off-shore.
Experience of managing internal and external leadership expectations in a global environment to ensure delivery meets all stakeholder
Experience with Test Tools (HP Quality Centre (including customizations) / JIRA).
Strong QA and testing industry knowledge.
