Principal Responsibilities:
- Accurately accounting invoices for various Business Units and multiple ERP’s.
- Meet operational deliverables and adhere into project timelines
- Train new joinees, resolve their clarifications, provide feedback on their progress in understanding process.
- Analyze issues, provide new ideas to Process Lead to improve processes
- Review the modifications identified by team for Desktop Operating Procedure and have them updated consistently to reflect current processes.
- Flexible for the team’s requirements and business needs.
- Preparing and reviewing daily/weekly/monthly reporting activities
- Acting as effective backup for Process Leads
- Initiate internal audits for effective process management and process improvements • Participate on weekly/monthly calls with BU
