5-10 Years of experience in cost reduction activates using VAVE methodology
- Function analysis
- Idea generation
- Idea Evaluation
- Cost quantification of ideas
- A basic understanding of should costing is required, along with solid knowledge of design, product development, and manufacturing processes.
- 5+ years of experience in product design and concept generation is expected.
- Experience in plastic part design and related processes is necessary. Knowledge of metal part design, including sheet metal, fabrication, forming, and casting, will be an added advantage.
- Experience in should costing will be added advantage
- Preferred to have VAVE Certification from INVEST/SAVE
