- Experience in Automotive Exterior Plastic Trim design
- UG NX expertise (mandatory)
- Plastic component design and development
- Surfacing and Class-A surface understanding
- Assembly integration and packaging studies
- DFM and tooling feasibility
- Engineering change management
- 2D drafting and GD&T knowledge
- Automotive product development lifecycle experience.
