Job Description :

• VDI Admin
• Experience : 2-8 years
• Location : Thane
• Walk-In interview date : 29 March (saturday)

Required Technical Skill Set :

• VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon Stack, Azure Virtual Desktop

Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) :

• Knowledge on other VDI technologies
• Azure virtual desktop
• Hands-on experience in install, configure and manage Vmware Horizon stack and vSphere virtulization
• Knowledge in wintel technologies like Windows operating system, DNS, GPO, DHCP, basic AD and network understanding
• IaaS public cloud technologies

Good-to-Have :

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure
• Hyper-converged architecture (Nutanix, Cisco Hyperflex) will be added advantage
• VMware Certified Professional 7 Desktop and Mobility (VCP7-DTM)
• VMware Certified Professional 6/6.5/7 Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV)

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

• Independently create and manage VDI environment
• He/She should able to understand hardware platform
• He/She should able to understand the customer requirement and provide feasible solution
• He/She should able to troubleshoot issues independently and support daily operations
• He/She should able to create technical documents
