Process Overview:
- Join the Expedia Sanctions process team a non-voice support role focusing on email and chat assistance for travel-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via email and chat professionally.
- Perform background verification and ticket validation checks.
- Ensure compliance with Expedias policies and procedures.
- Maintain accuracy and quality standards while resolving issues.
- Provide quick and customer-friendly responses to ensure satisfaction.
Eligibility:
- HSC / Graduate (Freshers & experienced both can apply
- Excellent written communication skills (English).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Interview Process:
- HR Round (in-office)
- Assessment Test / Chat-Email/ Typing
- SD Panel Round of Interview (in office)
