Process Overview:

• Join the Expedia Sanctions process team a non-voice support role focusing on email and chat assistance for travel-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via email and chat professionally.
• Perform background verification and ticket validation checks.
• Ensure compliance with Expedias policies and procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and quality standards while resolving issues.
• Provide quick and customer-friendly responses to ensure satisfaction.

Eligibility:

• HSC / Graduate (Freshers & experienced both can apply
• Excellent written communication skills (English).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Interview Process:
