- Manage pre-offer documentation for all shortlisted candidates.
- Handle post-offer joining formalities to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate with candidates from shortlisting stage till joining.
- Facilitate candidate coordination for training and induction programs.
- Support Regional HR teams in various employee engagement activities.
- Maintain and update HR MIS (Management Information System) for accurate records and reporting.
