Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Making proactive calls to customers to initiate the collection of overdue payments.
- Assessing customers’ financial situations to offer suitable payment solutions and resolve complex issues.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and all relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
- Following up with customers with an updated data report.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in regional or designated linguistic languages.
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong integrity and a detail-oriented approach to managing confidential financial data.
- Solid organizational abilities, time management and multi-tasking skills.
