- This role sits in India Rates and FX market making/trading team
- Market making in rates and FX products in India, it involves making 2 way prices to clients and quoting prices in inter-bank market
- Tracking macro –economic developments, market movements, global markets
Managing risk with profit targets - Understanding and anticipating market drivers and market moves
- Adhering to risk limits, regulations and policies
- Booking trades, understanding p&l impact of the trades
- Understanding and reporting of daily p&l
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in market making/trading desk
- Post graduate degree or CA or CFA or equivalent
- Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas
- Ability to interact with clients and other stakeholders
- Ability to handle busy trading floor environment
