Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure customer acquisition as per business targets
- Timely loan disbursals
- Responsible for customer retention across products
- Ensure customer attendance through Bio-metric
- Understand the weekly plan of each staff and see if the planned activities will produce expected business results
- Ensure collections are done on time
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Escalate unresolved issues to seniors
- Ensure souring of new accounts as per the policy guidelines
- Download the reports from SFDC and review teams performance
