Job Description:
- Basic knowledge of Operating Systems, Networking, Computer Hardware and Storage, Network Security
- Working understanding of ITIL framework for IT Service Management
- Ability to learn quickly for working on various IT tools required for providing SOP based L1 level support centrally for IT infrastructure
- Basic knowledge on Information Security to ensure operations is carried out in a secured environment
- Sound interpersonal skills required for interaction with various Divisions and Shared Services of the Company
- Responsible for Service Request handling as per agreed SLA with internal service consumers
- Monitoring & management of daily/monthly operations including escalation handling, creation of reports, shift management, etc.
- Drafting communications and sending to various Divisional stakeholders of the Company regarding any planned / unplanned downtime
- Coordinating with respective technology team/s for planned activity or incidents
- Handling of team’s documentation requirements with respect to compliance and audit
- IT Asset coordination and record reconciliation
