Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 3+ years relevant experience in working on infrastructure operations for MNCs with minimum 10000 end users.
- Experience in managing multiple Active Directories, WSUS, WorkspaceOne, Server, Anti-Virus Servers, MDT servers, Hyper-V, VMWare, IIS etc
- Active working knowledge of Windows, networking, storage, firewalls, security practices and certifications like MCSE, CCNA, ITIL processes etc
- Excellent customer facing capabilities, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Day to day management of infrastructure operations in Infosys data centres
- PC, Email Exchange, IT Operations & Security, including Service Desk
- Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
- Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
- Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
- Provide network access to all staff and students
- Connect and set up hardware and manage all network, applications, desktops, servers vendors
- Input and maintain static IP addresses
- Advise business operations staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status
- Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate
- Ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal
- 24/7 support exposure preferred.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Products, MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Visio, Project, Office 365 etc…
