Job Description:
Provide independent assurance that dispute submissions meet card-network standardsaccurate reason-code mapping, CE completeness, narrative quality, and control adherencewhile driving CAPA and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Quality Assurance:
- Risk-based sampling across chargeback representment pre-arb arbitration.
- Validate CE completeness, privacy adherence, and evidence integrity per reason code.
B. CAPA & SOPs:
- Analyze network decisions to identify error trends; drive structured CAPA to closure.
- Maintain rule-aligned SOPs; sign off on changes from Ops/SMEs.
C. Audit & Reporting:
- Prepare audit packs; support internal/external/acquirer audits.
- Publish QA dashboards (defects, top error themes, SLA/TAT risks).
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of VCR/MDR reason-codes & evidence matrices; meticulous documentation.
- Familiarity with VROL/Mastercom and CRM; intermediate Excel.
- Neutral, outcome-focused communication style.
