Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter support for complex issues
- Address require training needs for filling knowledge gaps
- Do complex reporting
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year of experience in a BPO environment
- Strong voice communication capabilities, both verbal and written, ability to understand customers needs and accurately verify their information
- PC proficient, comfortable, and familiar with using Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook) and ability to quickly get up to speed on other screens/systems
- Strong Verbal/Written Skills, communication with customers
- Attention to detail, listening skills

- Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
- All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
