Job Objective : The objective of this role is to sell paid services to the already registered members of the platform via chat/inbound process.

Job Details :

  • Connect and engage with pre-generated leads through 80–100 outbound calls per day.
  • Reach out to new customers and explain the benefits of Naukri FastForward services.
  • Drive repeat sales through follow-up calls with existing customers.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of products and services to offer personalized recommendations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
  • Achieve sales goals through new customer acquisition and ensure revenue growth from existing clients.
  • Adhere to quality standards and follow defined sales processes and metrics.

Required Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Active listening to understand customer needs and concerns effectively
  • Strong convincing and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in client handling across various communication channels
  • Chat proficiency for real-time engagement with customers
  • Willingness to work with rotational offs (weekdays/weekends)

Desired Skills :

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or voice process will be preferred
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
