Job Objective : The objective of this role is to sell paid services to the already registered members of the platform via chat/inbound process.
Job Details :
- Connect and engage with pre-generated leads through 80β100 outbound calls per day.
- Reach out to new customers and explain the benefits of Naukri FastForward services.
- Drive repeat sales through follow-up calls with existing customers.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of products and services to offer personalized recommendations.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
- Achieve sales goals through new customer acquisition and ensure revenue growth from existing clients.
- Adhere to quality standards and follow defined sales processes and metrics.
Required Skills :
- Excellent communication skills β both written and verbal
- Active listening to understand customer needs and concerns effectively
- Strong convincing and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in client handling across various communication channels
- Chat proficiency for real-time engagement with customers
- Willingness to work with rotational offs (weekdays/weekends)
Desired Skills :
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or voice process will be preferred
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with various online portals will be an added advantage
