Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

• Outbound calling and converting lead into sales
• Customer logs on to the website and raises query for the products
• CRE to call customers and understand query and sell the product accordingly
• Explaining the customers product features and benefits
• Ensuring all compliance and SLA of the call are adhered

Job Requirements :

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Good thought process and sales skills
• Experience in outbound sales processes preferred
• Knowledge of insurance or sales is an added advantage
• Graduation is mandatory (Full time/ Part Time)
• Experience:- 0-2 years

Work Details :

• Rotational Shifts 7:00 am to 8:30 pm (any 9:30 Hrs shift)
• 5-day work week with 2 rotational week-offs (Saturday & Sunday not fixed)

Salary :

• Freshers :- 1.75 LPA (CTC) + unlimited incentive
• Experienced :- 2.5 LPA (CTC) + unlimited incentive
