We are hiring for Accounts Payable (Ariba) Processor
Roles and Responsibilities
ERP-SAP (Ariba) Experience is Mandatory.
Good Exposure in Account Payable (Ariba)
Preparation of Daily; Weekly and Monthly reports.
Responding email queries from Customers, Vendors & Customers Employees.
Key-in Invoices into the Client software as per guidelines.
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
Process 2 way and 3 way P.O. matching invoices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and work ethics.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Exemplify good communication skill and ability to communicate professionally with others both verbally and in writing
Display problem-solving skill even under stressful conditions and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent IT skills- competent with vlookups and pivot tables.
