Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues promptly.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversions, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software or other tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
- Provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional manner.
