HDFC Bank Walk-in Drive For Freshers
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of competent, consistent, and high-quality service that enhances the overall customer experience.
- Achieve defined productivity targets for service levels, call handling time, and quality parameters consistently.
- Maintain zero-defect processing of all customer requests, including prompt and accurate hotlisting of lost cards.
- Provide complete and accurate resolutions within the defined Turnaround Times (TATs).
- Ensure strict process compliance in line with Audit and Service Quality (SQ) guidelines.
Preferred Candidates:
- Experienced professionals with strong communication skills, capable of handling inbound customer calls effectively.
- Candidates with prior customer service experience will be preferred.
