HDFC Bank Walk-in Drive For Freshers

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of competent, consistent, and high-quality service that enhances the overall customer experience.
  • Achieve defined productivity targets for service levels, call handling time, and quality parameters consistently.
  • Maintain zero-defect processing of all customer requests, including prompt and accurate hotlisting of lost cards.
  • Provide complete and accurate resolutions within the defined Turnaround Times (TATs).
  • Ensure strict process compliance in line with Audit and Service Quality (SQ) guidelines.

Preferred Candidates:

  • Experienced professionals with strong communication skills, capable of handling inbound customer calls effectively.
  • Candidates with prior customer service experience will be preferred.
