- Minimum 5 years in product development, preferably in telecom or other high technology industry
- 4-5 years of work experience as a Line leader
- Experience in setting up new teams; and driving quality initiatives across organization
- Sound knowledge of Agile and Lean Development methodologies
- Experience leading cloud native product development
- Experience in development/testing using CI/CD (Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery)
- Self-motivated, with positive attitude and drive to solve problems and expand knowledge
