Job Description for Capita Job
- Responsible for ensuring Scrum and other Agile methodologies implemented are understood and enacted – Ensure team adheres to Agile/Scrum theory and practices
- Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospection
- Work closely with our colleagues in the Change Team supporting the effective management the product pipeline
- Facilitate the onboarding of new members into the Agile/Scrum Team and continuously improving the onboarding experience
- Assist the Engineering Manager in resource management to ensure BAU and product are resourced appropriately
- Create and supply Agile/Scrum and other project reporting artefacts and facilitate Product Backlog refinement
- Coach the organization on Agile practices and facilitate adoption of Agile ways of working for teams, facilitating Agile training & workshops
- Handling multiple Scrum team in parallel coordinating the dependencies and planning the work accordingly.
