Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide L2 production support for Java applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve application defects and improve overall system performance.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on complex technical issues, identifying solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to document resolutions and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-7 years of experience in Java Application Support or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Java programming language, including Spring framework, Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices architecture.
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL; NoSQL databases like MongoDB an added advantage.
