What the candidate will be doing:
Plan and outline cross channel digital marketing campaigns, aligned to expected performance and returns
Work with internal creative team to design sharp and effective communication for digital campaigns
Work on digital marketing platforms to execute campaign in the most efficient manner
Experiment, scout and implement new digital marketing channels, tools , best practices to consistently improve ROIs
Integrate all the efforts with the HubSpot automation platform
Monitor impact of each campaign/project on key site metrics and report to stakeholders, on a regular basis.
Working on SEO strategy and executing the same to increase organic reach
Efficiency metrics like CTR, conversion rates and cost per lead
Consistently work towards improving digital marketing ROIs
What are we looking for? [ Must haves ]
Prior experience in one of the Marketing Automation tools HubSpot, Marketo, ZOHO Marketing Hub
Experience in running end-to-end digital marketing campaigns like SEM, LinkedIn marketing, HubSpot Marketing
Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
Experience range: 3 to 6 years [ minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing + 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing Automation Platforms ]
