Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing profiles through Naukri, Linked-in, job portals, referrals, and walkins
- Initial screening of resumes as per business requirements
- Coordinating interview schedules with candidates.
- Maintaining candidate tracker and recruitment MIS
- Followup with candidates for interviews.
Eligibility:
- Any graduate
- Experience in BFSI sourcing / recruitment preferred.
