Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with minimal handling time
- Adhere to bank policies and process guidelines
- Meet call quality and performance KPIs
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Post-Graduate
- Minimum 2 years of contact center / customer service experience (mandatory)
