Job Description:
The Branch Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of personal loan products through direct customer engagement, branch-based activities, and field visits. The role requires proactive customer acquisition, relationship management, and achievement of assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers through branch leads, walk-ins, and field visits.
- Loan Sales: Promote and sell personal loan products to individual customers, ensuring alignment with eligibility criteria.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to customers workplaces, residences, and business locations to generate leads and close sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Documentation & Compliance: Assist customers with loan applications, collect required documents, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch manager.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback on competitor offerings and share insights with the branch team.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of personal loan products and financial services

Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduate in any discipline
