Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for home loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, and documentation requirements.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and manage the complete sales process.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for loan processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and generate referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Conduct field visits and develop business through market activities, builders, DSAs, and referrals.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
- Banking/NBFC/Home Loan experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
