Job Details:
- We are hiring for multiple banking field sales positions. The role involves customer/merchant acquisition, field activities, and cross-selling banking products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire customers for Credit Cards / Merchants for EDC-POS-QR (Role Based)
- Generate leads through field visits and meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer/merchant relationships and provide service support
- Cross-sell banking products as required
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 1-3 Years in Banking Sales / BFSI / Credit Card / Merchant Acquiring (Fresher’s also consider )
- Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Gender: Male Candidates Only (Field Sales Profile)
- Age: 1835 Years
- Must have strong local market knowledge
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
- Non-Banking Sales candidates will not be considered
Salary: As per last drawn CTC + Performance Incentives (Up to 4 LPA based on interview & experience)
