Roles and Responsibilities
- Makes a complete assessment of all assigned patients on admission / at the beginning of the shift so as to plan the activities in order of priority while applying principles of safe patient care.
- To provide hands-on care to patients by administering medications, managing intravenous lines, observing and monitoring patients’ conditions, maintaining records and communicating with doctors.
- Check the special assignment like checking of crash cart, checking inventory or any other assignment given by in charges.
- Take over of all patients as per the guidelines and protocol.
- To maintain accurate records, reports and ensure that the billing sheet is filled in correctly and patient is charged for all procedure services, medications etc.
- Carry out routine check at each handover that all equipments are in working order.
- Brief and guide patients about the procedure.
Working Shifts: Candidate should ready to work in all rotational shifts (Morning, Evening and Night)
