Job Description
- Implement the Special Offer contract new/renewal process, from initial contact through fulfilment, including the gathering of account-level information in cooperation with SAM.
- Assist SAM in the sale and renewal of Special Offer contracts, including analysing usage/revenue trends and customer product needs.
- Responsible for escalation on non-standard pricing or contract changes to appropriate approvers for review and consideration
- Work with Proposition, CVM/CPQ and Product to develop and implement pricing/content programs that lead to optimal contract sales and renewals.
- Provide leadership on the required use of multiple business systems including a contract management database, a pricing model database, pricing calculators and a contract management workflow and metrics system.
- Ensure all contracts adhere to SOX reporting and compliance.
- Work collaboratively and maintain high-quality professional relationships with all business partners.
- Ability to problem solve while finding broader application across more business to be faster, more integrated and fast.
- Work through implementation issues with Order Management to ensure accurate fulfilment of contract terms.
- Identify opportunities for improving Special Offer processes and tools.
- Ad hoc analysis or projects as requested by management
- Training and documentation related to Special Offer processes and tools
