Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
- Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
- Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
Requirements
Experience:
- Overall 5+ years of experience in complete SDLC of the product development particularly using Agile SCRUM methodology
- Experience managing projects in production environment and/or prior experience in Production Support
- Must have incident management experience and able to triage issues during critical incidents
- Experience on scripting, SQL, and AWS cloud plus to have
- 2+ years of experience in handling one or more SCRUM teams, Project Management in Agile based Product Development environment, virtual team co-ordination with hands-on technical delivery experience
Qualifications:
- Engineering graduates or post graduates in Computer Science / Computer Applications
PMP or CSM certification a plus - Must have excellent logical, problem solving and verbal communication skill
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff
- Self-Motivated, team player actions and results oriented
- Ability to work under tight project deadlines
- Excellent English abilities, spoken and written
