Role & responsibilities
- Manage the employee lifecycle Handle all stages, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant process across countries
- Process HR transactions Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
- Support audits and reporting – Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance
- Create and maintain SOPs for data management processes

- Fresher not applicable
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of global HR processes and standard operating procedures is preferable
- Proficient in MS excel for managing data
- Good Communication Skills
