- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an International Chat Process with dual concurrency handling.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates should be open to relocation if required.

- Provide detailed information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Meet individual and team KPIs, including response time, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously (dual concurrency) while maintaining service quality.
