Job Description:
The incumbent is responsible to represent the Bank and present the bouquet of eligible products to the existing customer of the Bank with primary focus on Service, educate the customer on products of the Bank & build relationship with Bank.
Virtual Business RM is expected to engage with Self-employed / Business segment Customers (SA/CSA), extend banks Services, resolve Complaints / Queries / Issues & enhance the relationship between the two.
Job Responsibilities:
- Virtual Business RM is responsible to engage with Existing customers of the Bank to service and provide product interventions with relevant offers for all Core objectives of the channel & further Cross Sell / Up Sell other Products of the Bank.
- Will be responsible for exploring new campaigns, segment of customers, new product lines that will get launched from time to time in the channel.
- Effective interaction or communication with the customer.
- Ensure all tele calling and product regulatory compliance are adhered to.All guidelines on floor discipline, dialer hygiene parameters.
- Ensure minimal rejects and cancellations.Support and mentor new joiners joining the team.
- Virtual Business RM is required to adhere to all laid down guidelines for Calling, Customer Engagement,Product sourcing,Product processing ,Curing of rejects,Monitoring cancellations,Complaint handling.
Key Important Points:
