Job Role
- Handle inbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with service-related queries and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Resolve issues while delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Incentives & Benefits
Performance Incentive: Up to 2,750/month.
Travel Allowance:
- 3,500/month (Own transport for both pickup & drop)
- 1,750/month (One-side company cab + one-side own transport)
