Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- Virtual Business RM is expected to engage with Self-employed / Business segment Customers (SA/CSA), extend banks Services, resolve Complaints / Queries / Issues & enhance the relationship between the two.
- Virtual Business RM is responsible to engage with Existing
- customers of the Bank to service and provide product interventions with relevant offers for all Core objectives of the channel & further Cross Sell / Up Sell other Products of the Bank
Other engagement interventions across business objectives will include:
- Activation, Retention, Service, Winback
- Enhanced spends / Volumes & usage of
- Will be responsible for exploring new campaigns, segment of customers, new product lines that will get launched from time to time in the channel
- Ensuring that the customer has a pleasant experience.
- Create an experience for customer to do transaction with HDFC Bank on his banking needs.
- To have a controlled tele calling set up.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience in Banking Tele sales / Telecom / any voice process, etc.
- Good Knowledge of banking products like Current Accounts, Business Segment customers, Business Assets, Retail assets, Credit cards, Loan on Cards, Insurance, etc.
Graduate/PG - 2+ years of experience
