Job Description:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting business data to support operational decisionmaking. The role involves maintaining dashboards, preparing reports, improving data accuracy, and coordinating with crossfunctional teams to drive organizational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting & Dashboard Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Excel / Power BI / Tableau).
- Present business trends and actionable insights.
2. Data Management
- Extract, validate, clean, and consolidate data from multiple systems.
- Maintain databases and ensure high data integrity.
- Perform advanced Excel operations (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Power Query, Macros).
3. Business Analysis
- Conduct trend analysis, productivity tracking, TAT monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements for process efficiency.
4. Automation & Process Improvement
- Create macros, templates, and automated dashboards to reduce manual effort.
- Support technology implementation for MIS and reporting systems.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with Operations and Business teams for data requirements.
- Support adhoc reporting requirements and audit processes.
Skills & Competencies Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel (mandatory)
- Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
