Job Description:
We are looking for a Virtual Institutional Business RM to manage and grow relationships with institutional clients through virtual/telephonic engagement. The role primarily focuses on Current Account (CASA) acquisition, portfolio management, cross-selling banking products, and achieving business targets while ensuring excellent customer experience and compliance adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and engage an assigned portfolio of institutional/business clients through virtual interactions.
- Drive Current Account (CASA) acquisition and deepen client relationships within the institutional segment.
- Cross-sell banking products including Payment Gateway, POS, E-NET, Cards, Loans, CMS/ECMS, and other liability products.
- Ensure regular customer engagement, lead generation, and timely follow-up for business conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales, productivity, and portfolio growth targets.
- Maintain high service quality standards, accurate CRM updates, and adherence to regulatory/compliance guidelines.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and relationship management skills

- Knowledge of banking liability products and institutional banking
- Ability to manage portfolios and achieve targets
- Must be graduate/PG
