Skills Required:
- Short sales cycles
- Immediate implementation or adoption
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience for a one touch service model
- Ability to develop deep forward matter expertise, depending on specialty experience in product implementation or measurement (tech specialist) or creative (creative specialist) is ideal
- Experienced and excellent at building relationships and multi touch cross/upselling over the course of a relationship.
- Deep knowledge of sales, vertical and local market knowledge as well as cross channel media selling
- Experienced problem solver and proactive communicator
Role & Responsibilities:
- 100% Outbound sales (50-60 calls per day)
- Client Portfolio Management
- Interacting with clients regarding their Ads Account
- Strategizing Ads Campaigns and Marketing
- Maintaining Ads Campaigns and Improving performances.
- Interacting with Agencies to help them with their challenges, advising the best Practices to the Agencies and clients.
- Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals.
- Manage a portfolio (book of business) of small business clients with responsibility for revenue for their business and meta.
- Prioritize outreach plans across your assigned portfolio based on understanding of clients and their needs.
- Research and discover fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client business models.
- Experienced and well versed with local business nuances to customise the experience for local advertisers.
- Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solution(s) to meet their goal(s)
- Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needs.
- Improve clients experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption.
- Proactively and reactively engage with clients to frequently assess product performance for the client and provide insights to optimise.
- Share ideas to improve ad products and the customer experience.
- Develop expert working knowledge of advertising solutions (including measurement) and what impacts performance.
- Exhibit curiosity by actively teaching self and others.
